SLEEP

Braylon has decided over the last two weeks that he wants to get up so early. Most mornings it is 6am but there have been quite a few of 430am wake ups. Last night was one of them. He wakes up and wants to play and talk and get his day started. I on the other hand do not remember signing on the dotted line for the early mornings. I would love to be mad at him or even frustrated but he is so darn cute. Plus in the early mornings he is this calm baby that wants to lay and cuddle with me. I am starting to enjoy my alone time with him, I just wish we could have it at 8am and not 430am.

In other news we started Braylon on learning sign language. My niece used it when she was one and it made baby sitting her so much easier. Plus I am convinced that it is the reason she is such a smart two year old. We are teaching him the signs for mommy, daddy, milk, eat and more. Once he has those we will add please and thank you. It is NEVER to young to start teaching manners! I want to everything in my power to have a well spoken polite little boy and I see the first step as being sign language. I am ordering him a DVD to watch for a little bit a day that I have heard really help babies start doing it. I read that most babies take to it around seven to eight months. I think he will be most likely in the eight month because in ten days he turns seven months. I am in shock of this once again!
