Day 16: Dream House

Funny that this is a topic. I have actually been looking at houses to rent because my apartment is WAY to small for all of mine and Braylon's stuff. Now I have not been looking at getting my dream house in any way shape or form. But I have been toying with the idea of what it would be like to live in some of these beautiful homes I see.

I would LOVE to have a house like this! I want a big porch to sit on. The plans for this house has three porches. A front one, one off of the kitchen and breakfast nook and another off of the great room and master bedroom. I also want grass! Now I will have to move from the southwest and get away from rock yards but I am willing to move to greener places. For some reason, I have always love houses that had a front door that was a stand out color. I love how it draws your attention in. I imagine this house to have a country and warm feel. It is cozy and has the smell of apple pie baking. I want my home to entice people to stay and feel welcomed. Growing up we had a living room that we were not allowed in until we were 17. I do not know if I will have a similar rule. Kids destroy things. Don't believe me check out the site shitmykidsruined.com. Anyway, I want my home to be lived in and to not have the overwheleming concern that certains things cannot be touched in fear they will break. This house is not built it has plans but that is about it. I have no idea what it would cost but I would assume that 300,000 would probably be a base figure for that.
