A Crazy May

We have one very busy May a head of us. On Thursday me and Braylon are traveling to California to spend mothers day with my mom and sister. It will be both, my sister and I, first mothers day. I am also excited to see my nephew Liam. I have not seen him since he was born, which was two months ago. I can tell by the pictures that he has grown and changed so much. My family will also get to see Braylon's new teeth and crawling skills. My mom already has his favorite yogurt, Chobani pineapple, and a whale pool waiting for him. Hopefully, we will also be meeting up with Ammon and Torey too. They will be Fresno for her sisters prom. I love that me and Braylon get to see them so often when we travel. On a very cool side note. They got back from Ethiopia on Sunday for their first court date. In roughly six to eight weeks they will be traveling back to pick him up for good. They have waited a very long time for him and could not be happier to finally be starting their family.

Okay back to my discussion of May. Me and Braylon come back on Tuesday afternoon and then my family comes out here on Thursday. My grandma comes in Thursday afternoon, mom and sister late Thursday night and my brothers on Friday. I have not seen my grandma since August at my baby shower. I am excited to see her and for her to meet Braylon. She will also get to meet Liam too. Friday evening I have my graduation for my masters degree. It is still a little hard to believe that I have a masters. We will have the weekend to hang out. Most of my family is leaving on Sunday but my grandma will be staying until Tuesday. Now if you know my grandma, then you know what a riot she is and how she is always a good time.

We have a weekend off and then Colin and I are attending a wedding for a friend of his from paramedic school. That should be a nice time. It will be Braylon's first time with a babysitter. After the incident at Colin's dads birthday get together I am a little nervous about this. Also, Braylon at night wants no one other than me. It should be interesting. I am hoping he does great, ever if I do not.

Historically, May has been a beyond crappy month for me. So staying busy is the best thing. I am hoping that the month passes quickly and that there is nothing bad to report. Oh yesterday we received some good news from Colin's side of the family. I am not a liberty to share yet. But trust me as soon as I get the go ahead I will. So I guess, May has at least started out good.
