Toys

I am not sure why I buy Braylon any toys that are meant for babies. As of lately, he has been wanting everything that is not for him. He plays with the TV remote, the xbox remote, our cell phones, water bottles and the house phone.

What mom I am just trying to call my girlfriend.

He even has some numbers dialed here. The sad thing is that I know that this is only the beginning. Soon he will have more fun with the boxes his toys came in than the actual toy. I do not think this will keep me from purchasing him fun, colorful toys. I mean I have fun being able to pick them out with him and I enjoy watching him figure out how it works. I love to see his face serious and he tries to navigate the toy and make it work for him.

Oh well.

In other news today we went out for an outing to the Aquarium. This was both of ours first times. It was pretty cool. However, my son was way more interested in watching the people all around him and not so into the fish. He is so observant. We went with my friend Stephanie from school and her daughter Annabelle. Braylon was actually born on Annabelle's due date, she was born September 21st. We had a great time. The kiddos seemed to be unimpressed. I am hoping they start to enjoy it more. We will be going to mommy and baby play group next week with them. I am looking forward to getting to know more mommies and babies. Me and Braylon need to expand our friend group!
