Braylon has a new 'thing'. He has always been a thumb sucker and since he began teething he has been a hand sucker. They are always in his mouth. Well, recently he has been doing something even cuter. He sucks both thumbs at the same time. It is too cute. I have been trying to catch it in a picture but he is not letting me get that on camera. I know this may sound odd but I love that he sucks his thumbs. Most people I run into are asking me if I hate that he does that. And they suggest for me to give him a pacifier. Well for starters I think its cute that he suck his thumb. I suck mine til I was about 18months. Also I am not about to not allow him to do one of the few things that sooth him. On top of all of this, Braylon does not like the pacifier and he never has. I am not going to force that upon him. I am letting my baby do as he pleases and what works for him! Plus I think it is adorable when he has his thumb in his mouth and his fingers curled around his little nose. It melts my heart!
Braylon has started rolling more. He has not really rolled since he did it a few times when he was three months old. At that time he was going from front to back. Well now he is going both directions! He has yet to master the complete roll but he does go back and forth! Not only is he rolling more but he is also playing more on his own. He will do tummy time for a long time now and play with his toys. He will also lay on his back and play by himself. He is getting so big and doing new things all the time. I am going to have to say that I am LOVING this stage! He is so active and into so much! He reacts to me and Colin. It is getting more fun every day!!!!
