Where is sleep that is. I feel like we have gone back to the newborn days of waking every two hours. First, it takes Braylon FOREVER to fall asleep. We are still nursing and he like to do baby yoga while nursing. It is like he wants to take it with him while he rolls all over the bed. It gets very frustrating. Most nights it take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half for him to be asleep. We head to bed at 830 most nights in the hope that we are asleep by 10. Then he wakes up to nurse every two hours and sometimes even more. And it is not the dream feeding that it use to be. He wakes up crying and it takes another 45 minutes for him to go back to sleep. And then finally he is up for the day at 7 am. I get no sleep. And all I want is to sleep. I think he is getting a new tooth but still I want sleep. I am starting to believe that teething is the devil!
I once had a million pictures of him sleeping. All he did was sleep and I would just like to get some during the night!
Okay end vent. I hope everyone had a good day!
I still have yet to experience the nightmare that seems to be teething...and I am not looking forward to it... is his crib in yet? Maybe just one night of handing him a bottle of soy and sticking in some ear plugs would be good for both of you... ok just you... but you need to sleep!!!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could get him to take a bottle. He cries just looking at his crib. I hope Annabelle goes through teething and finishes it before the new baby. I could not imagine the little sleep gotten with a new born and a teething toddler!
