Happy Birthday Melinda

Even though Melinda's 26th birthday is not until the 27th of this month we decided to celebrate a little early and headed over to The St. James Tea room on Thursday evening. I have only been there a few times but have loved it every time. Each month they have a different menu of three teas and then three sets of finger foods that go with the teas. This month was a murder mystery where the final dessert relieved the killer. Anyway, Stephanie, Sarah and I enlisted the aid of Melinda's husband Morgan to get her out the house and off to tea without knowing. Sarah picked her up and me and Stephanie were already there to surprise her. She had no idea! Melinda and Sarah have never been to the tea room, so it was an even nicer treat. I love this place because you can really be a girl there. I remember always playing tea party but I had brothers until I was eight and I was eleven by the time my sister could play. The place is like an tea party for adults! It is the best little gem in Albuquerque!
