Splish Splash

Today we went swimming once again. And Braylon loved every minute of it of course. He giggled and wanted nothing and I mean nothing to do with sitting on the steps in the shallow water. He wanted to be out in the pool in the deep never ending water. We met Annabelle and Stephanie and the day started off with a Braylon and Annabelle play date.

These two are too cute. I love having a friend that has a baby so close to Braylon (they are five days apart). We have been able to help each other with so many things new to us first time mommy's.

After about an hour or so it was time for a snack.
He was literally shoving his face with food.

Once we were rested with a little something in our tummy's more friends showed up. Stephanie's friend came with her daughter and brought her friend and her son (sorry I cannot for the life of me remember their names).
Left to right: Tanner, Annabelle, Audrey and Braylon

Literally IMPOSSIBLE to get all of them looking at us!

I think my son is plotting his escape....

Anyway, the new friends are also around Braylon and Annabelle's age. Audrey was born Aug. 31st and Tanner was July 27th.  After a few photos it was time to take the babies back into the water. Now the pool we were at has a baby pool but it was at capacity all afternoon (even though there was about six kids that were six years and older, they should have been in the big pool but don't get me started). We went into the big pool with our little ones, instead.
Splash!

Once again VERY hard to get a picture.
Braylon did NOT want to be on the step. He wanted to be with me in the deep water. So out we floated and worked on kicking and blowing bubbles. Now don't forget that water is the best place to throw a baby up into the air. He giggled and giggled. Just wadding out into the water he started giggling. Such a little fish. The pool was very loud but my son managed to snuggle in and fall asleep on my chest. oh how I love and cherish those moments.

We made our trek home and Braylon has been asleep ever since. Oh how I love activities that tire him out without much effort on my part. I have a feeling that swimming will be my go to activity for a very long time!
