The Little Moments

Having a child makes you appreciate the little things in life. As I was rocking Braylon to sleep tonight, I started thinking of the little things that I love about him and life.

• Cuddling and watching cartoons. He will snuggle up into me with his milk and just watch. It only last a few short minutes but its amazing.
• Rocking him to sleep.
• In the morning, or after nap time getting him from his crib. His smile is so priceless. It is the same one I get when I pick him p from daycare. And his eyes light up so bright.
• His giggle.
• How he copies everything we do. Today he got Colin's lunchbox and kept kissing me and telling me bye. I think he thought he was going to work.

I love that he knows that I am his mommy. He wants me when he does not feel well. His light up because he misses me. I have to say that it is beyond the best feeling in the world. I know that I am going to have more band-aids to place on him. More back rubs. More of everything.  I do have to say I am looking forward of that.

I know that there are more little moments but right now they are escaping me. All I do know is a LOVE the cuddles and I know that those moments will get fewer and fewer. So I am going to enjoy them while I can!
