Yesterday, was the Super Bowl. And since my team had a re-building year I was more concerned with the food rather than the game. Which was good because con tray to popular belief it is EXTREMELY difficult to watch a game AND know what is happening with three toddlers running around demanding your attention. So we headed over to Melinda, Morgan and Tanners house for a party. I love excuses for eating massive amounts of chips and sweets! Melinda made some great pulled pork sandwiches with sweet slaw. And her amazing better than sex cake. As soon as I told Colin that she was making this cake, he booked our spot at the party. We even helped her out by taking some home!
The party was a hit! The big boys got to watch the game. Us girls, Me, Melinda and Sarah, got to chit chat. I think we spent most of the night talking about adorable baby Leah that we spent the afternoon with on Saturday. And the children all got along. No tears or blood were shed. I am still in shock with that. Braylon and Tanner actually did not fight much. They stole each others toys or sippy cups all night but that was it!
