Have you heard of this site? Well, let me tell you I am constantly on it! I love looking at all the things that people have created and provided links to. At first the site was a great way to zone out on the Internet, but recently I have started making some of the stuff I have pinned.

My most recent obsession on there is dessert in a mug. These desserts are prefect for late night cravings. They require mere tablespoons of ingredients and take 30 seconds to a minute in the microwave. I have made a chocolate chip cookie dough/cake and a brownie. Both very good!

To take to a Halloween party, I made a pumpkin dip that I served with nilla wafers and ginger snaps.

I have made a pumpkin cheesecake (this is the cheesecake I blogged about here)and a sweet potato pie (I also blogged about this one here) Both were instant hits, along with the vanilla whipped cream.  I do have plans to make non-baking items too. But there are so many dessert recipes and I have such a sweet tooth, I will probably need someone to request a different type of item for me to create it!

The house smells like christmas due to a crock pot poppure sense I have brewing. Plus it will last ALL season.

For Thanksgiving, i will be make the pumpkin cheesecake and sweet potato pies again with the vanilla whipped cream. I will also be making some chocolate chip cookies. These are a pinned item but I am going to add my own little twist to them. I will also be making a hot artichoke and spinach dip. Colin requested this kind of dip, hence why I am not just making desserts.

Oh and I have tons of games planned to do with my little guy because of this site. There is one where in a hallway you take crate paper and tape it from wall to wall, in all different angles and levels. Then you pretend to be in spy training! What little boy would not have fun for hours doing this? There is also another one where you use masking tape to create a race track through your house and on furniture. I can see him playing quietly for hours doing this!

I have a creative side that I never knew existed because of Pinterest! If you want an invite let me know. It is faster if someone with a Pinterest invites you, otherwise I have heard it can take months for the site to send you one!
