You Know you are a mom...

I started a running list of things that to me just scream mom. I had originally wanted to compile a list and then post it here. I am thinking that I will do some now and then as Braylon gets older and new things come up I will do other posts.

Ready....
You Know You are a Mom

• When your FIRST reaction to ANY stain is to smell or taste it. 
• When you can talk for HOURS about the frequency, size, color, smell and texture of your child's poop.
• When you can smell yourself because it has been that long since you have showered.
• When given the option between sleep and sex you ALWAYS choose sleep. Heck for that matter you choose sleep over every other option, hence why you smell so bad.
• When you hide in the bathroom to be alone or tell your partner you are not feeling well to get a few minutes alone.
• When you have taken more pictures in the past few months of your baby than all the ones you've taken in your entire life combined. And you're having a really hard time trying to narrow down your favorite 100 pictures to send to friends and family, because you have 700 pictures that are Just. Soooo. Cute! 
• When throw up in the hair, on the shirt or anywhere else is of no concern. You still go out and get your errands done.

This are just a few of the ones I have encountered in the last eleven months! I am sure as the years pass on I will have more.
