Summer... where did you go?

I am in complete shock that the summer is coming to an end. Today was the last day for most of the pools in town and for me that signifies an end to the summer. I still do not know where it went. I feel like buying the house took a lot of i up. We spent a month waiting for closing and getting everything in order for the bank. Then we moved in. And after that we spent another month cleaning up the rental so that we could get the most back from our deposit back. And now here we are in the middle of August. A little over four weeks and I will have a two year old! Crazy.

The past few weeks have been crazy too. Two weeks ago we had Tanners second birthday. That was a blast!

Then yesterday we had Sebastian's second birthday.

Once again it was a lot of fun! i am really loving the water birthday parties. Yesterday, I was able to sit in the shade and watch Braylon play in the pools. He loved going down the slide face first into the water.

Last weekend we went to the pool twice and we went again today. The Correlas pool has been a fabulous place for Braylon to swim. He can walk around and play all by himself. I get to just follow him around. I am so sad that the pool is closing. We have had a lot of fun this year!

While I am sad to see the summer go, I am excited for fall. We have the fair coming up next month and then Balloon Fiesta! I am so excited to take Braylon the special shapes rodeo  for the first time. Oh yeah and Braylon's second birthday!

With all of that happening, I still have work and in October I will be taking my first work trip to Laramie, Wyoming. It will also be the first time I will be away from Braylon overnight. I guess it had to happen eventually. I am sure that I will have a lot to say coming up soon.
