Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas all! Today is Braylon's first Christmas. While he does not have a clue what it going on this year, I am beyond excited for the years to come. I always had the best Christmas experiences. I loved looking forward to the day. The lights, the tree, the baking, gingerbread houses and of course Santa. I cannot wait to do all of this with him. This morning was my last low key one for years to come. We waited for my older brother, his girlfriend and son to come over to open gifts. We opened them and ate french toast for breakfast and then the playing began. We broke out our gifts and have been playing with them ever since. Braylon has been napping all day long. He will nap for and hour and half to two hours, eat for about fifteen mins and then back to sleep he goes. He is beyond tired from all the traveling and family visiting he has the done the past few days. I am happy that he is having the chance to catch up on all of the missed naps. All in all it has been a very nice Christmas with the family. I cannot wait to play Santa for him and to see his little face light up in excitement on Christmas morning in the years to come.

Here is an update of what we have been doing. On the 19th we drove from Albuquerque to Camp Verde Arizona. We stayed and hung out with Colin's dad, stepmom and step brother. On Tuesday we went to Flagstaff and visited with Colin's three cousins and their boys. All four boys were born in September and Braylon's birthday twin Logan. Colin's cousins Carmen has a two year old son Logan was born on September 16th 2008. It was fun to see what Braylon would be doing in a year from now. On Wednesday we went back to Flagstaff to visit Braylon's great great aunt Jesse. She is 91 years old. When she saw us in the door way she was almost started to cry she was so happy. We then went to lunch with Uncle Ernie and Lindsey and Shane and finally went to the NAU basketball game to the game and watch Pops keep sore. Thrusady we finished some Christmas presents and relaxed and Friday Braylon got on his fifth plane to head to California to have Christmas with my family. We have been busy busy busy!!!

Tomorrow we will be making gingerbread houses and visiting with Uncle Ammon and Aunt Torey (Colin's brother).

I will take photos and upload tomorrow!
